I hope I don’t go off the rails!
For the past 8 weeks I’ve been eating healthy, which for me, is an incredible achievement. Usually I eat whatever I want, whenever I want. However, for the past two months I’ve stuck to eating only three meals a day, no snacking, and no food after 7pm (unless something comes up).
That is, until last night, when I snacked and ate junk food to make this new video! Junk food is my vice so fingers crossed I managed to keep to my healthy eating plan, instead of reverting to eating junk food whenever I like.
Anyway, less about my eating habits and more about the video! In the video I combine my two favourite things – food and travel! Find out which sweets I love and which ones I hate, and don’t forget to tell me which are your favorite sweets too!
