To be honest, if it wasn’t for my friends sharing photos of pancakes on Facebook I wouldn’t have known that it was pancake day yesterday.
I’d spent most of Tuesday editing a video about Sherpa’s delivery app but it wasn’t going very well as I’d lost some video footage. However, once I saw the pancake photos a lightbulb went off in my head. I could make a video about cooking pancakes! That would be better than trying to salvage the Sherpa’s video.
So I looked up a vegan pancake recipe and prayed I could make it in my rice cooker as I didn’t have any gas. Looking back, I should have looked up a rice cooker pancake recipe but ah well.
The recipe was simple and delicious. The only trouble I ran into was cooking them as you can see in the video below.
